| Baltimore County Public Library is now offering a cloud-based e-Book lending service. The cloud library system service provides library patrons with a new way to discover, borrow and read e-books. The service includes a comprehensive subscription for both digital content and in-library hardware, along with apps for borrowing and reading. The cloud library e-book lending system features e-books and software and currently holds more than 2,500 titles from more than 40 publishers. Intuitive touch-based terminals of 3M Discovery make it easy for patrons to check out titles in libraries or at home. E-books are compatible with PCs, iPads, iPhones, Nooks and Androids. |
