| Farmers markets opening to offer fresh food to area residents |

| Two local farmers markets provide a wealth of products to area residents including fresh turkeys, beef, bison, seasonal fruits, vegetables and locally grown plants and flowers. The Dundalk Farmers Market is open every Saturday 7 a.m. to noon through Nov. 17 at Dundalk Village Shopping Center at Shipping Place and Dunmanway. The Eastpoint Farmers Market is open every Wednesday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. through Oct. 24 at Eastpoint Mall, 7839 Eastern Ave. Buying from local farmers markets supports county farmers. |
