Jonathan P. Willis IV, born Oct. 9, is the newest member of the Willis clan from Dundalk. He will be known as J.P. His father, Jonathan P. Willis III, holds him, with Jonathan P. Willis Sr. and Jonathan P. Willis Jr. looking on. Jonathan P. Willis III first appeared in The Eagle 30 years ago on his first birthday.
