•   Lego Fun for children ages 6 to 12, Saturday, Dec. 1, at 2 p.m. Registration required. Children 6 to 7 must be accompanied by an adult.
•   Unplugged, a venue for youths ages 11 to 17 to share poetry and other creative talents, meets Tuesday, Dec. 11, at 7 p.m. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m.
•   Knit and Stitch, a drop-in knitting and crocheting group for patrons ages 13 and older, meets Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. All levels of experience welcome. Bring your own projects or get ideas from the library’s large selection of craft books. This is not a class, but group leader Paula Dixon can answer basic questions.
•   North Point Library   is open Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m. until April 28, 2013.
•   Preschool Story Time for children ages 2 to 5 with an adult meets Wednesdays, Nov. 21 and 28, at 10 a.m. Activities include stories and songs, followed by play time.
•   Baby Boosters Story Time for infants and toddlers 23 months and younger with an adult meets Wednesdays, Nov. 21 and 28, at 11 a.m. Activities include stories, music, movement and rhyme, followed by play time. Registration is required.
•   Computer Room for independent work in a quiet environment for patrons ages 13 and older is open Thursdays from 4 to 7 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
