    Patapsco High School and Center for the Arts musicians will perform a winter instrumental concert Tuesday, Dec. 18, at 7  p.m. and a winter vocal concert on Thursday, Dec. 20, at 7 p.m. at the school. The concerts are free. Guests should bring unwrapped gifts suitable for a child or woman. Gifts will be donated to a local charity by the school’s Tri-M Music Honor Society.

    Baltimore County Public Schools is inviting the public to submit online comments regarding the draft framework of its new five-year strategic plan, called “Blueprint 2.0.” The strategic plan framework consists of vision and mission statements, core values, goals and strategic initiatives. The framework and the feedback form are available online at     

    The General John Stricker Middle School winter concert schedule is as follows:
    A vocal concert will be held Thursday, Dec. 13, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and an instrumental concert on Monday, Dec. 17, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Patapsco High School and Center for the Arts, 8100 Wise Ave.
    Tickets are $2 and can be purchased at the middle school main office. The concerts are open to the public.
