Jamell Robinson is Patapsco High School and Center of the Art student of the week for Dec. 3 -7.  He was nominated by English teachers Jillian Roberta (left) and Christy Shinnick for always displaying a great attitude, giving “150 percent” in his committment to sports and being a great role model for other athletes.
