| Old Christmas lights can be recycled, too. Baltimore County residents are encouraged to take strings of Christmas lights that are worse for wear to any of the three county drop-off facilities listed below for placement in designated electronics recycling containers: Eastern Sanitary Landfill Solid Waste Management Facility, 6259 Days Cove Road; Baltimore County Resource Recovery Facility, 201 Warren Road; Western Acceptance Facility, 3310 Transway Road.
