Members of the Dundalk Knights of Columbus Famous Fish Fry team pose for the event’s eighth Lenten season. The group serves approximately 1,500 meals of Alaskan pollock each year. Proceeds benefit area churches, schools and charities, with Sacred Heart of Mary, Sacred Heart of Jesus and St. Rita Roman Catholic churches each receiving $2,000 this year. St. Casimir Catholic School and Our Lady of Hope/St. Luke School will both receive $500. Vocational, religious and people in uniform get complimentary meals. “Without the support of the community, we couldn’t be successful,” said team chairman Joe Witomski.
