Help for job seekers offered at North Point Public Library

    The North Point Public Library provides job seekers a wide variety of assistance in looking for work or a career change.
    North Point patrons have access to a number of books and DVDs designed for job seekers. Librarians can help with formatting résumés and on-line job searching, while the library computer lab offers a quiet place to work on résumés and cover letters.  
    In addition, North Point Library offers the following technology classes: Career Boosters, Monday, April 29, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.; Computer Know-How, Monday, May 13, at 2 p.m., registration required; Intro to the Internet, Monday, May 20, at 2 p.m., registration required; Career Booster, Saturday, May 25, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; Introduction to Microsoft Word, Tuesday, May 28, at 6 p.m., registration required.
