Police seek white pickup truck in fatal August 9 hit-and-run

    Baltimore County Police have released a description of the vehicle believed to have been involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident on Aug. 9.
    The police are looking for a late model Dodge Ram pickup truck, white or off-white in color, with front end damage.
    Investigators believe the truck sustained damage to its front grill, which is plastic and chrome-colored.
    The truck should also be missing chips of paint from the front.
    Ronald Lee Parsley, 43, was struck by a vehicle on Aug. 9 just after midnight as he crossed North Point Road at Charlesmont Road.
    He was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 1:35 p.m.
    The vehicle that struck Parsley left the scene.
