Baltimore County police are seeking information on a gold Nissan Altima in the investigation of hit-and-run accident that killed a pedestrian last Thursday night in Edgemere.
According to a police press release, the body of an adult male — later identified as 77-year-old David Alexander Mack of the unit block of Turtle Court in Edgemere — was discovered in the northbound lane of North Point Road near Delmar Avenue by a police detective at about 9:44 p.m.

Medical personnel responded to the scene and declared the man dead.
Police said the initial investigation into this incident has indicated that Mack was standing in the roadway when he was struck by one vehicle, then run over by another vehicle.
Both vehicles fled the scene. One of the vehicles is described as an early- to mid-2000s model gold Nissan Altima.
The accident is under investigation by the county police crash team.  Anyone with information is asked to call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.
