Police were called to the 1600 block of Manor Road in Dundalk around 5:35 a.m. on Nov. 14 after a victim was shot at least once in the upper body by an unknown assailant as he walked out to his vehicle in the alley behind his home. He was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and remains in serious condition.

Police continue to investigate the motive for this shooting but believe this victim was the intended target.
