Carjacking and other charges filed against a Dundalk teen will be dropped, prosecutors filed in court Wednesday.

Prosecutors filed a notice Wednesday to dismiss charges against Brandon W. Clark, 19, who was accused of assisting in an alleged carjacking in Middle River last week.

Charging papers alleged a 17-year-old assaulted a man for a vehicle owned by a female friend, which the man who was driving said he registered in her name while he was living with her for insurance purposes.

They then allege the 17-year-old gave the keys to Clark, who was accused of driving off with the vehicle back to the woman's home.
