From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Veterans Park at Shipping Place in Historic Dundalk is the pre-Halloween pumpkin-decorating, spooktacular place for kids to come for a safe, fun day that includes music, kids’ activities, vendors, a costume contest for canines and kids, and trick-or-treating at the local Historic Dundalk Town Center Businesses.
