Antonio Jay Dorsey has been arrested in the Tace Drive homicide and shooting of April 27.

ESSEX — On May 31, Baltimore County homicide detectives released the name of Antonio Jay Dorsey, age 30, as the person responsible for an April 27th shooting on Tace Drive that injured one and left one dead.

Dorsey has been indicted in the investigation. The homicide victim is Jessica Holly Diotte, age 27, of the 2100 block of Southorn Road, 21220.

Law enforcement officials charged Dorsey with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute. He is being held at the Baltimore County Department of Corrections on a denied bond status.

The tragic shooting occurred on the 1100 block of Tace Drive in Essex that occurred just before midnight on Saturday, April 27.

Police located an adult male and an adult female victim upon their arrival, both suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body. Both were taken to area hospitals with life-threatening wounds. Ultimately, Diotte died.
