The Patapsco football usually gets together on Monday through Thursday in July to do a little weight-lifting in preparation for the upcoming season.
But the Patriots added an extra weight-lifting session on Friday when they learned a special guest wanted to drop by — Baltimore Ravens linebacker Patrick Onwuasor.
“We were tipped off by the Ravens P.R. people that he would be stopping by,” Patapsco football coach Tyler Clough said.
Onwuasor hung out and talked to the Patapsco coaching staff and players for about an hour.
Onwuasor, who played at Portland State and signed with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2016, had 37 tackles, five-and-a-half sacks and one interception for the Ravens in the 2018 season.
He is listed as the starting weakside linebacker on the Ravens depth chart.
