Tradepoint Atlantic has had a relatively quiet summer. Apart from some work with offshore wind developers, the property has not released any new information in the past few months.
The 3,100 acre property is still being developed rapidly, and Aaron Tomarchio, Tradepoint’s vice president of operations, promises a busy autumn for announcements.
“There’s a lot in the works,” said Tomarchio. “We expect to have a pretty good fall.”
Recently, various property parcels and buildings have been completed at Sparrows Point, most likely drawing out those who are looking to lease and operate on the grounds.
As the former site of Bethlehem Steel, once the life-blood of the Dundalk community, Sparrows Point and the development of the area by Tradepoint Atlantic has brought much excitement and, admittedly, scrutiny, to the project.
