BALTIMORE COUNTY— If you didn’t know already, 2020 is an election year.

There are several ways you can exercise your right to vote and the Avenue News has compiled all the information you need to know to make sure your ballot is counted for the 2020 Presidential General Election.

How to Vote

Early Voting

Early Voting begins Monday, October 26, 2020 through Monday, November 2, 2020. Early Voting locations are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day during this period, including weekends.

Vote by Mail

You can request your mail-in ballot online at the Baltimore County Board of Elections website. You will not need a stamp to return your ballot—the envelope will already have postage on it. Voters simply need to fill out their ballot, sign the oath on the envelope and place it back in the mail.

Vote by Drop Box

If you would like to drop off your voted ballot at a physical location instead of mailing it, please make use of our secure voted ballot drop boxes. Drop boxes are available 24 hours a day leading up to Election Day—Tuesday, November 3. The boxes will be locked and will not accept ballots after 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3.

Drop boxes will be available outside of all Early Voting centers as well as the following locations:
