Quit Smoking on Tuesday, Nov. 13, from 6 to 7 p.m. In-Control is a free, five-week smoking cessation program designed to give you the tools necessary to end your nicotine addiction. This program focuses on behavior change along with the use of nicotine replacement therapy. Nicotine patches, gum, lozenge and Chantix are available to appropriate participants.
