To the Editor:

Congratulations are in order for the staff of the North Point branch of the Baltimore County Public Library. They hosted an enjoyable and informative LGBTQ Family Fun event on Wednesday, June 19th.

From the storytime for the toddlers to the crafts for the school-age children to the displays for teenagers and adults, the entire event was planned and carried out with the heartfelt message that we all need to live our lives with respect and understanding for each other.

I feel sure that all in attendance left that evening energized to spread the message of tolerance throughout our schools, churches and neighborhoods. Job well done BCPL North Point!
