It amazes me how local authorities can deny a permit for music to a local restaurant when there is no problem letting similar establishments this same opportunity. It would be a shame for this restaurant to close because it can’t compete with other eateries in the area.

The fact that the bar next door is able to provide its customers music shows how Dock of the Bay is being discriminated against in that area. It appears to me local officials are railroading the owner out of business. Local politicians are also refusing to help Ken Boone get equal treatment. I think The Eagle should look into this matter and get to the bottom of this travesty of justice.
