BALTIMORE COUNTY — Despite lack of transparency and no ease of access to a full countywide arrest blotter, the Baltimore County Police Department reports decreases in both property and violent crime.

BURGLARY: At 11:10 a.m., five suspects entered the victim’s yard in the 7500 block of Durwood Road, then stole 17 scooters from inside the shed. The suspects were found later.

BURGLARY: Between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Dec. 19, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s residence in the 1700 block of Melbourne Road by unknown means. Once inside, the suspect stole several items.
