BURGLARY: At 11:10 a.m., five suspects entered the victim’s yard in the 7500 block of Durwood Road, then stole 17 scooters from inside the shed. The suspects were found later.

At 5:02 a.m., the victim heard noises inside her home in the 6800 block of Youngstown Avenue. The victim saw the suspect and told the suspect to leave and said she was calling 911. When police arrived they found the suspect hiding in a basement closet. The suspect was arrested.

Between 8 p.m. Dec. 26 and 10:42 a.m. Dec. 27, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s residence in the 7300 block of Fait Avenue through a rear window, then stole two televisions. The suspect left through the rear sliding door.

Around 4 a.m. on Dec. 24, suspect broke a door to gain entry to UHAUL in the 200 block of North Point Boulevard and damaged a cash register in an attempt to open it. Suspect was located and arrested.

Sometime overnight on Dec. 22, unknown suspect forced entry in the 8100 block of Shore Road but nothing appears to have been taken.

Sometime in the afternoon of Dec. 20, unknown suspect(s) entered location in the 100 block of Glenard Middleton Court through a window and took jewelry and electronics.

ROBBERY: Around 6 p.m. on Dec. 24, known suspect attempted to rob Happy Tire in the 3800 block of North Point Boulevard. Suspect was arrested and a gun was recovered.

Around 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 22, suspect entered the Family Dollar in the unit block of Shipping Place, implied a gun and took cash.

Around 8 p.m. on Dec. 22, suspect assaulted one victim, taking money and a cell phone in the 7000 block of Conley Street. Then suspect assaulted a second victim, taking a debit card and cell phone. Suspect returned all items and turned himself in to the police, where he was arrested.

Around 3:15 p.m. on Dec. 22, two suspects approached victim at Wise Avenue and Stokesley Road and took his cell phone out of his pocket. When victim chased the suspects, they turned to victim and displayed a knife.

ASSAULT: Victim met the suspect through a mutual friend in the process of buying the suspect’s vehicle. When the transaction fell through, suspect responded to victim’s neighborhood in the 7500 block of Lange Street on Dec. 25 and encountered the victim outside. Suspect pointed a gun at the victim and fired several shots. An apartment window and trim were damaged.
